Manage Branding and Licensing Subscription

Schedule Xpress empowers administrators to customize the platform with company branding, including the ability to add your organization's logo for a personalized experience. Additionally, subscription details and management options are conveniently accessible within this section.

Locating your Branding and Subscription

To access your branding and subscription information, navigate to Schedule Xpress > Settings > Organization Settings > [Your Client ID] Settings.

For example, if your Client ID is "cssecurity," you'll find your settings under "cssecurity settings" as shown below.

Branding

Your Branding allows you to choose a Custom logo.

The Custom logo can be added and will appear in the top-left corner of your Schedule Xpress.

Subscription

Your Subscription page provides a comprehensive breakdown of your current plan, including:

• Employee licenses – View the total number of licenses purchased, currently in use, and available for assignment
• Administrator licenses – Track purchased administrator seats, active users, and remaining capacity

This overview allows you to monitor license utilization at a glance and ensure your organization has adequate coverage.
