My Account Overview
The My Account section is your personal hub for managing settings and preferences within Schedule Xpress. Here, you can effortlessly switch between branches, update security credentials, change how dates and times are displayed, and tailor your experience to fit the way you work.
By keeping everything about your account in one place, My Account helps you stay organized, feel in control, and get the most out of Schedule Xpress from day one.
Find My Account
You can find the My Account section in the top-right corner of the Schedule Xpress interface. It is marked by a circular icon showing the first and last initials of your registered account name.
Just click this icon to access your account settings, preferences, and profile details.
To view your account details, hover your cursor over the My Account section. This will display key information, including:
- Client ID – Your unique identifier within Schedule Xpress
- Company Name – The organization your account is associated with
- Branch Name – The specific branch you’re currently managing
- Username – The name you use to log in
This makes it easy to quickly access and verify the important details of your account at a glance.
The My Account section gives you quick access to essential account features, including:
- Change Branch – Switch between branches you manage
- Profile – View and edit your personal information
- Update Password – Keep your account secure by updating your password
- Preferences – Customize your Schedule Xpress experience, including date and time display
- About – View your account details such as Client ID, Company Name, Branch Name, and Username
- Log Out – Sign out of your Schedule Xpress account safely
