Look Up Pay Rates
Quickly find pay rates associated with employees, customers, sites, or services.
The Pay Rate Lookup feature in Manage Rates allows administrators to locate specific pay rates by searching against selected criteria. This makes it easier to identify the correct rate without manually reviewing all pay rate records.
Use Pay Rate Lookup
To begin a search, click Pay Rate Lookup in the top-right corner of Manage Rates.
You can search for pay rates using the following criteria:
- Date
- Employees
- Customers
- Sites
- Services
Select the applicable criteria and click Find Rate.
The system will highlight any matching pay rates within Manage Rates.
Note: The lookup results also display the Pay Rate Rule applied to the site included in your search.
