Delete Shifts with Celayix Assistant

Use the Celayix Assistant to delete shifts directly within Schedule Xpress by entering a clear request with the relevant shift details. The Assistant identifies matching shifts for review before placing them in draft mode, allowing you to confirm the deletion before saving the changes.

Delete Shifts with Celayix Assistant

Delete shifts in Celayix Assistant by entering the relevant shift details in your request.

To delete shifts, make sure your prompt clearly includes the word delete along with enough information for the Assistant to identify the correct shift or shifts.

If the results shown by the Assistant are correct, click Delete Shifts.

Deleted shifts are placed in draft mode until you click the Save icon to finalize the changes.

Delete Multiple Shifts

You can also use the Celayix Assistant to delete multiple shifts at once.

Enter a clear request describing which shifts should be deleted, and the Assistant will identify the matching shifts and present them for review.

If the listed shifts are correct, click Delete Shifts to move them into draft mode.

To finalize the deletion, click the Save icon.

If you want to restore the shifts before saving, click Undo using the left-facing arrow next to the Save icon.

Delete More Than 100 Shifts

If you delete more than 100 shifts using the Celayix Assistant, only a partial preview of the shifts will be shown before deletion.
