Access Celayix Assistant

Access the Celayix Assistant directly within Schedule Xpress to quickly retrieve information and perform scheduling tasks. Access to the Assistant may vary depending on your user role and permissions.

Access Celayix Assistant

The Celayix Assistant is seamlessly integrated into Schedule Xpress, providing instant support for information retrieval and scheduling tasks. To access the Assistant, simply click the Ask button, identified by a star icon, in the top-right corner of your screen.

Feature Access for Celayix Assistant

Control which users can access and use the Celayix Assistant through Feature Access Groups.

Admins can assign either No access or Run access to determine whether managers can use the Assistant.

Full administrators have access to the Celayix Assistant by default.

Control Shift Creation in the Assistant

In addition to general access, you can control whether users can create shifts using the Assistant.

If the Add Shift permission in a user’s Feature Access Group is set to No access, they will not be able to create shifts through the Assistant.

Access Examples

Users with the appropriate permissions will see and be able to use options such as Create shifts within the Celayix Assistant.

Users without these permissions will still be able to access the Assistant (if enabled), but will not have access to shift creation functionality.
