Browser Requirements
Team Xpress works best with:
- Chrome (latest version)
- Firefox (latest version)
Not supported: Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari

Download the Mobile App
Search Celayix Team Xpress in your app store:
- Android – Google Play Store
- iOS – Apple App Store
The app is free to download.
Log In to Team Xpress
You can log in using:
- The mobile app
- A web browser at login.celayix.com
You’ll need:
- Client ID
- Username
- Password
If unavailable, contact a supervisor.
Forgot or Change Password
- Click Forgot your password? on the login screen
- Follow the email instructions
If already logged in:
- Go to Profile → Update password
Log In Without Internet
If login fails:
- Check Wi-Fi or mobile data
- Ensure the app has permission to use data
Location Tracking
Location is not tracked continuously.
It is only captured during:
- Check-in
- Check-out
And only if enabled by the company
Check-In Issues
If unable to check in:
- Confirm a shift is scheduled
- Ensure it is within the check-in window
- Contact an admin if the shift is missing
Geo-Fence Error
“Device not within geo-fence” means:
- Location is outside the required area
To fix:
- Move into the correct location
- Refresh location services
- Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi
GPS Accuracy Error
If accuracy is low:
- Wait and try again
- Move to an open area
- Avoid buildings or underground spaces
Confirm Shifts in Bulk
- Go to Schedule → Action Needed
- Click Confirm All
Drop Shifts
If enabled:
- Open a shift
- Select Drop Shift
Note: What happens next depends on company rules (approval or automatic removal)
Self-Scheduling Not Showing Shifts
Shifts appear only if:
- Qualifications are met
- No schedule conflicts exist
Shifts are first-come, first-served
CAPTCHA (“I’m not a robot”)
To reduce repeated prompts:
- Stay signed into Google
- Use the same browser
